Hello, dear readers, I hope you are well during these tough situations around the world. Where everywhere there is a bunch of holidays and Quarantine situation a large number of peoples will be trying to do some productive and some meaningful these days similarly I also got in that hustle urge too. Before actually being locked down we all thought that even if there are many holidays and problems despite all of that we will conquer these days by doing something productive or that is meaningful or at least worth doing something.
But I saw a large number of peoples including me caught in the condition of "work exhaustion" or Burnout which is commonly referred to as interruption in action due to excess of work. There are many problems which peoples may suffer during this condition. So many peoples who were working nicely for the 1st and 2nd week of lockdown or quarantine were tending to see a large dip in their productivity and that's what I want you to share about guys!.
So firstly let's elaborate on this Procrastination or so-called Burnout. The main problem for the peoples was to come out from their comfort zone as usually every time it remained the same but during these times the addition to these problems can be the surrounding environment of a hustler or struggler. Maybe there will be many peoples who were just enjoying at their home taking breaks and breaking beans. But mostly the peoples who tried to rise and wanted to find the way out or figure out something that is more important to them to be done (new years resolutions) were caught in action numbness.
Many times these happen to everyone whether it is elite performers or just newbie learners. Everyone has to offend the urge of quitting or the urge of mental and physical numbness.
It is not necessary that everyone found the same fit for the above situation it can be fictitious to someone too but the main point is to analyze it more deeply and finish it from the root so that it cannot cause any further destruction to any personals. Here I've reviewed and also added some of the major and important solutions by grand authors, life mentors, self-development bloggers, and other valuable suggestions that I can bring to you to end the problem of procrastination.
REASONS FOR PROCRASTINATION

1. Fear of Failure: - Everyone of us has the capability of thinking and then taking actions and it is verily true but the problem is that when we start to pre-analyzing things we analyze there pros and cons as well as Succes and failure. At that time most of us are very concerned about the failures and damage that one has to bear in order to complete some task and that's where the doubt takes place.
Napolean Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich" mentions very clearly the building up of these fear. The first indecision takes place which blocks the thought of optimism of task and opens the valve for the negativity that invites the doubt and these slow poison then turns into fear.
Fear of failure is the most basic and rational feeling of human but without backing up these fear with the solution can create many more problems for a further journey of productivity.
Cure: - The cure for this problem is related to your inner self. You have to convince yourself that there is no way to let go of failures and mistakes make it your stepping stone and daily recognize yourself by positive affirmations.
Hold the Positive image of failures and grow yourself actively without overthinking and demoralizing yourself.
2.Excessive Perfectionism: - If you are a self-confessed perfectionist, then you might find it difficult to take action unless you know you can do a job with which you will be totally satisfied
This becomes a problem when you have to try something new, or different from what you are used to. Because of an ingrained perfectionist mindset, you will either consciously or subconsciously worry about being able to reach an end-state that will be to your liking.
Cure: Aim to do your best, and be happy with the output. Accept that there is no such thing as a perfect job (especially if someone else will be critiquing your work – their idea of perfection will differ from yours).
3. Low energy levels: - There are many modes that humans can work. similarly, low energy levels can include undesirable health conditions or tired feelings and other health-related issues which are physically affecting the efficiency of the one to work.
This cause should be identified to be productive and healthier. The only cure for it is to follow a healthy diet and sufficient sleep and a healthy mental condition.
4.Lack of focus: - This is one of the main reasons for major problems related to procrastination and productivity. There is no limit that can tell us about how much we need to get full focus but until you work dedicatedly and without being disturbed and completing whole work satisfactorily is the only point to call the use of full focus. It has a long concept of human brain studies as well as neurobiological studies too.
If you want to go on further without being interrupted or disturbed you must need a high level of focus in work which is also termed as "deep work" in terms of learning areas. Our mind has the superb capability of imagination and creation of thoughts and ideas but same time the laser focus is a bit difficult practice but those who achieve it wins over the large population who doesn't even know what is it.
Cure: Set yourself some inspirational-yet-attainable goals. It’s important to set the bar high enough to encourage you to take action, but not so high that you are likely to fail (which isn’t good for your motivation and drive). Use POMODORO technique for Deep focus and productive work
A good goal encourages you to take action because you do not want to disappoint yourself by failing to achieve what you set out to do.
5.Burnout: - Mental burnout is the problem of excess of work when some peoples have overdone the work to be done or pass there normal capacity for the work. It happens sometimes in Motivation or panic zone like (exams, stress, emergency, disasters), the situations which are abnormal and different from normal working zone always face some resistance to change. This happens mostly when someone is motivated to do more or doing something that is far more than the limit of one's to extend.
As we all know that in these panic zones no one can sustain more, even if it can solve problems for some time. But it always causes the problem called Negative lag which always takes down your productivity and loses of interest in your most favorite task.
Cure: - As mentioned earlier use the POMODORO technique to work instead of being rushed or hassle in any situation and take a few breaks to maintain consistency in the work.
6. Disturbance: - In the daily life of any struggler or hustler there can be many disturbances occurs which led one to lose their work consistency and interest in areas of most probable work. These disturbances can be Physical or mental but can also be identified easily(mostly). By recognizing each disturbance and eliminating them is the best practice to stop them from letting you procrastinate.
