Nelson Mandela's Sayings

No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background, or his religion,. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.

Any man or institution that tries to rob me of my dignity will lose.

I have walked that long road to freedom. I have tried not to falter, I have made missteps along the way but I have discovered the secret that climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb. I have taken a moment here to rest, to steal a view of the glorious vista that surrounds me, to look back on the distance I came. and I dare not to linger for my long walk is not ended.

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid. But he who conquers the fears.

If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.

Why is it that in this courtroom I  am facing a white magistrate confronted by a white prosecutor, escorted by white orderlies? Can anybody honestly and seriously suggest that in this type of atmosphere the scales of justice are evenly balanced? why is it that no African in the history of this country has ever had the honor of being tried by his own flesh and blood?

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

When a man is denied the right to live the life he believes in, he has no choice but to become an outlaw.

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

A good head and good heart are always a formidable combination. But when you add to that a literate tongue or pen, then you have something very special.

Inspriational Poem by Rudyard kipling

Rudyard Kipling  POEM FOR STRUGGLERS If you can keep your head when all about you Are losing theirs and blaming it on you; If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, But make allowance for their doubting too: If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies, Or being hated don't give way to hating, And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise; If you can dream - and not make dreams your master; If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim, If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same:. If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools, Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken, And stoop and build'em up with worn-out tools; If you can make one heap of all your winnings And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss, And lose, and start again at your beginnings, And never breathe a...

PATIENCE.2

THERE WILL NEVER BE GOOD TIME FOR ₮HOSE WHO WANT START SOMETHING GREAT. HONESTLY IF YOU DO WANT TO START JUST GO OUT AND START PERFORMING WITH WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHERE YOU ARE.    Silence is the potential power that holds the victory flag of your decisions until you keep it while working. The biggest part of your life is retaining that best thought which lets you drag yourself even if your mind gives up. When something great begins to build, it always be opposed by resistance forces before creating a legend through it.                                            Keep hitting hard until the environment changes itself for you.                                               Comfort zone is ...

10 Major Causes of failure in leadership

The 10 Major causes of failure in Leadership                                                                         1.      Inability to organize details : - Efficient leadership calls for the ability to organize and to master details. No genuine leader is ever too busy to do anything which may be required of him in his capacity as a leader. When a person whether he is a leader or follower, admits that he is “too busy” to change his plans to give attention to any emergency, he admits his inefficiency. The successful leader must be the master of all details connected with his position. That means he must acquire the habit of relegating details of capable lieutenants.         2.     Unwillingness to render humble service: - Truly great leaders ar...
