Inspriational Poem by Rudyard kipling

Rudyard Kipling

POEM FOR STRUGGLERS

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too:
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim,
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same:.
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build'em up with worn-out tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings,
And never breathe a word about your loss:
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except for the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much:
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do. Showing off is the fool's idea of glory. As you think, so shall you become. Knowledge will give you power, but character respect. Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own. Having no limitation as limitation To hard circumstances; I create opportunities. The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering. I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times. If you love life, don't waste time, for time is what life is made up of.

Robin Sharma: - The greatness guide 2

THE GREATNESS GUIDE   Life is pure adventure and the sooner we realize that the quicker we will be able to treat life as art I used to think that one day I'd be able to resolve the different drives I have in different directions, the tensions between the different people I am. Now I realize that is who I am. I do feel I'm getting closer to the song in my head. I wasn't looking for grace but luckily grace was looking for me You don’t need to have the biggest title to do the best job The more successful you and your organization become, the more humble and devoted to your customers you need to be Each day, life will send you little windows of opportunity. Your destiny will ultimately be defined by how you respond to these windows of opportunity I had good seasons and some deeply painful ones. I’ve made some spectacularly good choices and some outrageously bad mistakes. I’m very human – a work in progress As you live your days, so you craft ...
