Failure

Failure

Many times something happens to us which is undesirable or unimaginable or we've never thought about it, and many times we are given some situations which we had never prepared before, but the point of the warriors count in this situation only. No matter how hard the time is, no matter how bad the days are going but it shall pass one day.

"Not all the days there is sunshine
Not all days there are thunders
Not all days there is happiness
Not all the days made for sorrow."

When we face failure, the majority of us gives up now I know it's common because we want to be stable and bounded in our comfort zones, but that's where the dream dies, that's where our power to achieve something dies, and at that time we meet a characteristic called as adversity or affliction, but remember don't you lose your patience, don't you lose your way, don't you lose your Struggle against some short length of time which must be forgotten when you will succeed in your plan, goal, work, study, Business, startup or job.

We are given this situation to step-up ourselves and expand our comfort zone that means to be stable in our growth zone. One of the most popular sentence you may be heard that's "Never Give Up" by John Cena, such high performing athletes and elite performers face trouble in every situation but they manage to get out of it and to learn from that.

Failure is nothing but the amalgamation of our mistakes and unidentified decisions and sometimes these definitions fail too, the purpose to convey the message is never ever to give up and learn from the bad situation, be patient when thou have nothing, be patient and keep the faith when you broke down totally, be patient and keep the faith when you face failure upon failures because someone says greatly "Hardest situation are given to strong peoples only".

In any journey of the character of Honor and high values and moral faces the failure and visualize it as its teacher. when we people learn how to handle the situation in failure, and how to learn from then at that time we are called warriors. It's not about war every time but it's about that transition of bad times which leads us to the superior power of wisdom and knowledge. These things are taught by our life itself it never is learned or prepared at school or college it requires no degrees or qualification all it needs is Wisdom, Courage, Knowledge, Truth, and self-analysis.

Vision of Community

Community visioning Many communities begin their visioning project by determining the vision or desired future. Others look at where the community currently finds itself before identifying the desired future. Both approaches have produced quality results in visioning projects around the country.  However, starting with the vision statement is preferred because it sets a positive tone for the process from the very start. This process convenes residents holding very diverse perspectives who come into the process with personal agendas.  By starting the process with the development of visual themes, participants recognize early on that despite the different views, there are many areas on which they all agree. Experiencing such a “win” early on in the process sets the tone for participants to work toward agreement throughout the process . A vision is a “stretch”   In spring 1961, President John F. Kennedy, seeking increased funding for space explorati...

Economic development of community

The economic development of community Definition The process of creating wealth through the mobilization of human, financial, capital, physical and natural resources to generate marketable goods and services. The economic developer’s role is to influence the process for the benefit of the community through expanding job opportunities and the tax base. The purpose of community development is to produce assets that may be used to improve the community, and the purpose of economic development is to mobilize these assets to benefit the community GROWTH VS DEVELOPMENT Growth by itself could be either an improvement or a detriment to a community. For instance, a facility that paid very low wages might open in an area and the population and overall size of the economy might increase, but per capita, incomes might fall, and the quality of life might suffer. Such growth could bring more congestion, pollution, and other negative externalities without a commensura...

SELF DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE LIFE SPAN

Self-Development across the Life Span A.       Developmental Changes in Self-Descriptions   In this sense, we have been reviewing evidence applicable to the development of the I . We have yet to consider, however, the development of the ME. A focus on the ME would lead us to ask: How do people’s thoughts about themselves change with age?   For example, do 6-year olds think of themselves differently than 16-year olds? Research in this area suggests the following developmental trends. 1.        Early childhood (ages 2-6) Gender and age appear to be the first characteristics applied to the self. By age two, most children correctly identify themselves as a boy or a girl, although they may not be fully aware that gender is constant until several years later. At this age, children also tend to describe themselves in terms of concrete, observable characteristics (e.g., I have brown hair; I have an o...
