Hello dear readers, here I am with new and most essential topics for self-development as well as community development.

Thought process for the development of the community it is a process that never ends once it begins with taking actions, commitments and patience.

So that thought process begins by any rational mind has reasons and logically developing motives behind them which are the driver of that thought.

But the real aim to initialize the Thinking process is to develop something desirable and meaningful (community development). If you are reading my one of this blog then there are many chances that you are willing to be a developer or leader of the community, but somehow everyone wants to be that which is virtually irresistible.

Here I am talking about the key of thoughts that strikes an idea and an understanding to develop the community.

There are many of the key areas that we can develop our community, like: -
1) Education.
2) Financial support.
3) Spiritual (religion) support.
4) Population management.
5) Lifestyle improvement.
6) Moral values of community peoples.
7) Sectors like medical, health, security.
8) Technological development.
9) Justice and Equity.
10)  Council operations.

And then there is meant more things to add on and it will never come to end until one of the things is successfully executed.

Each of the points shows its own clarity, you will see in many of the blogs they are pretty described accepting all the manner of the sub-points and necessary declaration about each of the ten.

The above ten points describing different areas of community development include many community peoples which invariably being present there. Our job as a community developer or leader is to know the right people and to let them thrive there. There is much consideration that a developer has to take which is not sufficient to explain into the words as something might suits itself a personal experience where it is beyond the theories and close to practical knowledge.

We all know peoples in our group, clan, community, a society that they can grow like a blazing tree but the one who helps to find such values and quality of the people is said to be the leader.
