Courage like Soldier
Struggle like Farmer

Hello, dear readers, I am here with a superb topic of Leader's behavior. Whenever you see any leader you must notice 2 most important properties of him are COURAGE AND STRUGGLE.

No doubt if anyone called a leader must possess these 2 qualities, but somehow we are the members of any community, society or clan, living our daily life full of challenges and chaos so that we will need these primary properties of the leader. Let's elaborate on these qualities.

1) Courage: - As we, many times notice that Courage is the thing which ensures the steadfastness of the worker at its work without procrastination, Courage is the heart of Soldier against the large Enemies, Courage is the first step of action for your prepared plan, courage is saving your money, courage is going an extra mile for your assumed limits, courage is taking risks, courage is bringing the value to your customers, courage is that limitless power which steps you Up to tear the face of Biggest enemies.

It's true that when we try to Rise above our limitation with the desire of Maximum Achievement we face many adversities and abnormal condition from which to get out of it, Is the most important thing. This requires a large amount of courage and self-esteem.

Hence from now give an oath to yourself that whatever you do or whenever you start something great you will not give up until it's over. It also leads us to make the commitment to complete up to its roots.

2)Struggle: - Courage and struggle are interrelated to each other if you have courage to do hard work but you are not actually performing any, then it literally means that your courage is a discouragement for its own.

Similarly, the Struggle without courage no longer exists until and unless it satisfies the condition of their relationships or dependence.

There's very great saying "Hard work pays Off" that means No matter what condition you are in, how many problems you are suffering through, how ups and downs are going through your life it totally depends on you how much do you take care of it or how much do you execute Hard work.

We all are very familiar with word HARDWORK OR STRUGGLE but it is of equally important to understand the significance of smart work which we will cover on the next blog, but until now you have a clear idea about courage and struggle.

Attributes of Leader

The major attributes of leadership                                           1.        Unwavering courage: - An intelligent follower will only follow the courageous leader who has the blazing attitude of self confidence, patience, the power to speak, the power to sip the criticism and the one who has an immense amount of self-esteem and self-confidence.      2.      Self-control: - The person, who cannot control himself/herself, can never control others.
